We achieve this through meticulous precision at every stage of production. Our in-house designs are developed from our own multi-disciplinary, life-long sailmaking experience, using advanced sail design software, and cut with extreme accuracy on our advanced laser cutters.
Because a sail will never be better than the material it's made from, we source only the finest sailcloth from renowned manufacturers such as Challenge, Dimension-Polyant (DP), and Contender. Additionally, we use UV-resistant, high-tenacity polyester threads from trusted suppliers in the USA and Europe.
Many of our sail fittings are crafted using proprietary tooling and molds, ensuring the highest quality while eliminating the costly markups associated with big-brand distribution.
